If your camper is unable to attend their camp, please give notice as soon as possible. The $75 deposit for overnight camps is non-refundable. The deadline to cancel and receive a full refund (minus the deposit for overnight camps) is ONE WEEK before the start of your child's camp.

Yes, simply go through the registration process again using your online account to register for additional weeks. You will need to pay a separate deposit for each camp week your child is attending.

You can log back into your Campbrain account and click 'view details.' From here you can view your remaining balance and pay the remainder of your camp fees at any time before camp. If a parent or guardian does not have the budget to pay for their child to come to camp, they may fill out the Financial Assistance Form. This application will be reviewed by the Camp Director before approval. You can find this application on the Parent Info page of the GSBC website.

Please avoid wearing or bringing clothes that could be considered inappropriate. Examples include: Belly shirts, extremely short shorts, low cut shirts, shirtless. Also do not wear or bring clothing expressing or implying immoral or inappropriate themes, behavior, or language.

Campers are not allowed to use the phone during the camp week (exceptions made for emergencies). Cell phones are not allowed and will be confiscated if brought. This is, again, partly due to the security of the item itself, but also because we want your camper to get the most out of their camp experience and these types of things tend to hinder that. If your camper will have a birthday during their stay, birthday cards and letters can be left with our staff and will be delivered on the appropriate day.

Yes, when you go to register on Campbrain, just put the first and last name of your son/daughters friend. For privacy reasons, we are not allowed to give out information on other campers so please check with the parents of your child's friends to confirm what week they are attending. GSBC tries its best to accommodate all friend requests. However, we are only able to accommodate the first friend requested. If you list multiple friends their is no guarantee that the requests will be accommodated.
